Over the last 14 years, Dr. Patrick Walker, our Director and one of the nation's leading renal pathologists, has developed a unique system for rapid processing of renal biopsies that has enabled NephroPath to become one of the nation's largest renal biopsy practices, receiving biopsies from more than 300 nephrologists coast to coast.

NephroPath grew out of Dr. Walker's driving passion to help doctors deliver the most effective care possible to their patients. He has been equipping doctors for nearly 30 years, as an award-winning professor at Tulane University's medical school and at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. Dr. Walker has always treasured the highest intellectual development of doctors, and continues this tradition through presentations at institutions across the country.
